For Faculty

Supporting a Robust Teaching and Learning Experience

The health and safety of our faculty, among others, are at the forefront of our planning decisions as we collectively prepare to return to in-person instruction. We want to support you in your phased return to teaching in person. Thus, to protect your health, the University will prepare and revise plans and actions in response to new and emerging Cal/OSHA and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.

We have created a FAQs page for faculty, which covers frequently asked questions regarding teaching support, health and safety protocols, as well as guidance on how to ensure and maintain a healthy classroom, among other items.

We look forward to welcoming you back and ensuring all faculty get to enjoy a rich campus life and safe and healthy teaching experience, as public health guidelines permit.
